Orka yang Tenggelam (The Drowning Orca)
Ia pergi meninggalkan kedua orang tuanya.
Orka kecil perlahan berubah menjadi kapal karam.
Dan kapal karam tidak berlayar.
The Drowning Orca
A little orca once lived happily. It swam through the sea beside its family,
playing without fear.
Its heart was gentle.
Its world was kind.
As the little orca drifted into a wider ocean, everything changed.
Its parents became sharks.
For the first time,
it looked upon its own reflection on the surface of the sea. The reflection was bleak.
Yet it knew—the water was not lying.
When it cried, the ocean remained deaf. The waves continued to rage, shaking everything within them, as though its sorrow had never existed.
The little orca wept until there was no one left to rescue it... but itself.
It never even had the chance to become a grown orca.
One day, it simply left its parents behind. Its father had enraged the sea, yet it was the whole ocean that carried the consequences.
Alone, surrounded by nothing but emptiness, the little orca could do nothing...
except pray...
and cry.
Its eyes grew blind, washed over by its own tears.
From time to time, it searched for itself upon the trembling surface of the sea.
“If only I had been born on the other side of the ocean...” it thought.
The little orca was slowly becoming a shipwreck.
And shipwrecks do not sail.
